Our Intermediate 10KM Training Plan is designed for runners who have some experience and want to build speed, endurance, and confidence. This structured, easy-to-follow plan balances mileage, intensity, and recovery to help you reach your next personal best — whether you’re racing for a time goal or just looking to feel stronger at the finish line. It includes:
- 8-week training plan
- Speed work (intervals, tempo runs)
- Long runs to build endurance
- Cross-training + rest days
- 3–4 runs per week
